IN THE BEGINNING, THE MOUNTAIN
The Mountain is the place where the most authentic flavour is preserved. The Mountain is the setting in which collaboration takes place: man and nature. Together.
The Mountain, and so is the Ossola Valley, is the place where man
preserves, maintains and cares for the natural aptitude of terroir, a word that encompasses the perfect balance between soil, climate and man's work. And it is precisely terroir that is at the base of the quality of agri-food products.
In fact, the mountains, which by their very geography are characterised by strong slopes, good soil drainage, generally lower temperatures and more marked temperature changes, promise the man-farmer who respects the Earth, different but above all more interesting and fascinating gastronomic expressions. It is the mountains that ensure the taste and intensity of honeys, wines and spices that stand out for their elegance and freshness.

The Val d'Ossola is, to all intents and purposes, the last spectacle of Italy, a place that pushes the wonders of the peninsula to the limit.

DEA store is located in Masera, at Frazione del Melezzo 34 (VB), right next to our processing center.
This special location allows visitors to go beyond simply making a purchase: here, they can see up close and touch what happens “behind the scenes,” discovering the work, care, and passion that go into every product.
The store was created with this goal in mind: to bring people closer to the reality of DEA, creating an open and welcoming place where they can learn more about how we work and the quality of our products.
The store is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
